HDHP Option

The HDHP option offers a lower employee contribution for coverage, with a higher annual deductible. You have the option to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) for extra savings on taxes and out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. If you elect the HDHP option with HSA, Phillips 66 will make a contribution to a Health Savings Account (HSA) for extra savings on taxes and out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. If you elect the HDHP option with HSA, Phillips 66 will make a contribution to your HSA.

Minute Clinics are walk-in medical clinics staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants who specialize in family health care. No appointment is needed.
