Consumer Plan

With the Consumer Plan, you have a higher annual deductible and out-of-pocket maximum, but pay lower employee contributions and you have the option to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) for extra savings on taxes and out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. If you elect the Consumer Plan with HSA, Phillips 66 will make a contribution to your HSA.

Minute Clinics are walk-in medical clinics staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants who specialize in family health care. No appointment is needed. If you’re enrolled in the Consumer Plan, you pay a reduced fee for services. If you’re enrolled in the PPO Plan, you pay a $15 copayment for services. Locate a Minute Clinic.

Grand Rounds and Centers of Excellence (COE) provide access to expert medical advice and the best care from leading doctors.

Grand Rounds

Grand Rounds’ services, available at no cost to those enrolled in the Phillips 66 medical plans, can be used when you need to see a doctor with expertise in treating your condition, want an expert second opinion or are already hospitalized and want extra support from a Grand Rounds care team.
