COBRA Information
Cobra participants eligible for the Phillips 66 Retiree Medical Account (RMA) can use their credits to pay for COBRA medical, dental, and vision and Lyra premiums. You can choose from 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% reimbursement for your coverage.
The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) may allow you and/or your dependents to continue medical, dental, vision, and mental health and well-being coverage if that coverage is lost due to a "qualifying event." (For example, you leave the company, divorce your spouse, or your child reaches the plan's age limit.) You pay the full cost for COBRA coverage.
