If you have children, whose employer plan will cover them going forward as dependents?
Will your health care and/or daycare expenses increase? Consider if you’ll need to contribute or increase contributions to the Health Care and Dependent Care FSAs. If you participate in the HDHP with HSA medical option, consider if you’ll need to increase or decrease contributions to the Health Savings Account (keep in mind that IRS annual limits is different for individuals and families)
Does your spouse have Phillips 66 life and/or AD&D insurance coverage? Will you need to adjust the amount of your life and/or AD&D insurance coverage? If you already have dependent life coverage, your spouse is automatically covered. Consider if you need to elect/adjust/cancel spouse AD&D insurance.
