Our employee programs are designed to help you rest and relax, encourage you to contribute time and money to charitable organizations, support your pursuit of higher education, and provide valuable discounts and adoption assistance.

Parental Leave Policy

New parents are eligible for up to two weeks of paid time off at 100% of pay for care and bonding under the new Parental Leave Policy.* Parental Leave is available to new birth or adoptive parents and must be used within 12 months following the birth, legal adoption or placement for adoption of a child. *These benefits apply only to Non-Represented employees, as well as Represented Employees where provided for under the terms of an applicable collective bargaining agreement.

U.S. Vacation Policy

To give you time off to spend with your friends and family, Phillips 66 gives you vacation time, which starts during your first year with the company and increases with your years of service. Within limits, you can carry over unused time from one year to the next.


We provide a number of paid U.S. holidays each year.

Employee Discount Program

The Employee Discount Program helps you save on products and services you use every day. Administered by Beneplace, our discount website gives you access to deals on consumer products, dining, automotive services, health and wellness products, travel and so much more!

Adoption Assistance Policy

Phillips 66 helps you with adoption expenses, including agency fees, placement fees, legal fees, court costs and other expenses. Regular full-time employees can receive up to $3,000 per adopted child ($6,000 for twins) and part-time employees are eligible for a prorated amount.

Volunteer Grants

Phillips 66’s volunteer grant program turns your volunteer time into money! We donate $500 for every 20 hours you or your spouse volunteer with an eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. And if you form a team of four or more employee, retiree or spouse volunteers, you may apply for a team volunteer grant of $1,000.

Matching Gifts Program

Phillips 66 firmly believes in improving the communities in which our employees live and work. When you donate money to your favorite charities, we match your donations with company money. For every dollar you contribute to an eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Phillips 66 will donate another dollar, up to $15,000 per year. Retiree donations are matched dollar-for-dollar up to $7,500 a year.

Dependent Scholarship Program

Each year, we award up to 66 of our employees’ dependents $16,000 scholarships each, payable over four years. Your child can apply for one of the scholarships during his or her senior year of high school. The application period for the 2018 Dependent Scholarship Program is January 7 through February 28, 2019. Applications received after this date will NOT be accepted.

Tuition Reimbursement Policy

Phillips 66 helps pay for coursework that benefits both you and the company. We cover 90% of your tuition and other expenses, up to $4,000 a year for non-advanced degrees and $8,500 a year for advanced degrees.

Service Awards

Service Awards, our global service award program, acknowledges employees for achieving notable service milestones as they contribute to our goal of being a high performing organization.

Employees who reach service milestones can select an award from the applicable options presented through the program website.
