Bright Horizons Back-Up Family Care

Bright Horizons offers in-home and center-based back-up care for children and adults when their regular caregiver is unavailable,. Additionally, Bright Horizons provides virtual tutoring as an option for school-aged children, access to preferred enrollment at Bright Horizons centers, tuition discounts at network partner childcare centers, before- and after-school programs, a marketplace of sitters, and a personalized nanny placement service. Bright Horizons also allows you to access pet care services through a partnership with Rover for dog walking, cat drop-ins, overnight boarding and pet sitting. Access is available 24/7 via online, mobile app, or the call center.

Commuter Accounts

Like flexible spending accounts (FSAs), commuter accounts offer a before-tax benefit via payroll deduction. All eligible U.S. employees who travel to work using public transportation – such as trains, buses, subways, ferries, or vanpools – and/or pay for parking at or near work are exempt from federal and state* income, Social Security, and Medicare withholding on these expenses (up to established limits).

If you would like to participate, follow these three simple steps to enroll and purchase commuter products online:

  1. Log on to digital.alight.com/phillips66 and navigate to the commuter account tile on the home screen. For single sign-on access to the platform, visit UPoint via My HR Tools and select the commuter account tile.
  2. On the commuter account dashboard, click the Place an Order hyperlink
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to initiate your transaction and submit your order.

*Excludes Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Massachusetts allows before-tax benefit at different amounts depending on type of benefit.

The Employee Discount Program helps you save on products and services you use every day. Total Well-Being Incentive Program and Reimbursement Account

The Total Well-Being Incentive Program helps you focus on a few key activities supporting healthy behaviors and positive change. This voluntary program is available to all employees eligible for the Phillips 66 Medical and Dental Assistance Plan. Under the Total Well-Being Incentive Program, you have the opportunity to receive payroll credits of up to $500 by completing annual designated activities.

The Total Well-Being Reimbursement Account can be used for well-being related activities for you and your eligible dependents. This reimbursement account is in addition to the $500 Total Well-Being Incentive Program payroll credits. The total reimbursement of up to $300 can be requested once you have completed the well-being activities listed below:

  • Complete biometric screening; and
  • Achieve 2 target health measurements or consult with a primary care physician.

The Total Well-Being Reimbursement Account can be used for a variety of expenses including, but not limited to most well-being related memberships and activities. For example, CrossFit, yoga, Pilates, personal training, adult and child sports league fees, nutritional counseling, fitness equipment, non-motorized sporting equipment, safety certification courses, golf green fees, emotional and mental health apps, fitness tracking devices, safety certification courses, language courses, volunteerism expenses and much more.

Matching Gifts Program

Phillips 66 firmly believes in improving the communities in which our employees live and work. When you donate money to your favorite charities, we match your donations with company money. For every dollar you contribute to an eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Phillips 66 will donate another dollar, up to $15,000 per year. Retiree donations are matched dollar-for-dollar up to $7,500 a year.

Employees and retirees are able to donate via their credit card through the platform, or by uploading a receipt from an offline donation. Current employees are also able to give to eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations through payroll deductions.

Benevity has replaced YourCause as the company’s matching gift and volunteer grant request and volunteerism platform. If this is your first time using Benevity, employees can access Benevity through Connect. Retired employees will need to opt-in to the platform by filling out this form, then follow the instructions on the email that is sent from Benevity. For returning donors, click here to request a matching gift.

Donors have until Jan. 15, 2023 at 3 p.m., CST to submit matching gift requests for gifts in the previous year to be eligible for matching. For questions and support, email support@benevity.com.


Volunteer Grants

Phillips 66’s volunteer grant program turns your volunteer time into money! We donate $25 for every hour you or your spouse volunteer with an eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organization up to 160 hours annually.

Service Award Program

Service Awards, our global service award program, acknowledges employees for achieving notable service milestones as they contribute to our goal of being a high performing organization.

Employees who reach service milestones can select an award from the applicable options presented through the program website.


Dependent Scholarship Program

Each year, we award up to 66 of our employees’ dependents $16,000 scholarships each, payable over four years. Your child can apply for one of the scholarships during his or her senior year of high school. The application period for the 2023 Dependent Scholarship Program is January 6 through March 1, 2023. Applications received after this date will NOT be accepted.
