Total Well-Being Incentive Program and Reimbursement Account
The Total Well-Being Incentive Program helps you focus on a few key activities supporting healthy behaviors and positive change. This voluntary program is available to all employees eligible for the Phillips 66 Medical and Dental Assistance Plan. Under the Total Well-Being Incentive Program, you have the opportunity to receive payroll credits of up to $500 by completing annual designated activities.
The Total Well-Being Reimbursement Account can be used for well-being related activities for you and your eligible dependents. This reimbursement account is in addition to the $500 Total Well-Being Incentive Program payroll credits. The total reimbursement of up to $300 can be requested once you have completed the well-being activities listed below:
- Complete biometric screening; and
- Achieve 2 target health measurements or consult with a primary care physician.
The Total Well-Being Reimbursement Account can be used for a variety of expenses including, but not limited to most well-being related memberships and activities. For example, CrossFit, yoga, Pilates, personal training, adult and child sports league fees, nutritional counseling, fitness equipment, non-motorized sporting equipment, safety certification courses, golf green fees, emotional and mental health apps, fitness tracking devices, safety certification courses, language courses, volunteerism expenses and much more.
