Biometric Screenings

A preventive biometric screening measures key health factors — from blood pressure and cholesterol to body mass and blood sugar — to help you identify risk factors for future health issues early.

Phillips 66 partners with Labcorp to host on-site biometric screenings at many sites at no cost to you.

If you miss the on-site screening or one is not offered at your site, you have 2 options to complete a biometric screening:

  • Redeem a Labcorp voucher to use at a Labcorp Patient Service Center near you; or
  • Visit your primary care physician, then login to the Personify Health Rewards page to complete the digital attestations under both the Biometric Screening and Target Health Measurements sections. Employees are held to the Phillips 66 Code of Business Ethics and Conduct when submitting the digital attestation.

To register for an on-site biometric screening or redeem a Labcorp voucher, log on to Personify Health, select the Benefits tab at the top navigation and select the Labcorp tile. Click “Start Now” and you will be redirected to a website where you can either schedule an on-site screening or download a voucher to use at a Labcorp Patient Service Center.
