Biometric Screenings

A preventive biometric screening measures key health factors — from blood pressure and cholesterol to body mass and blood sugar — to help you identify risk factors for future health issues early. Phillips 66 covers the cost of this screening.

If you miss the onsite screening or one is not offered at your site, you have two options to complete a biometric screening:

  • Download a LabCorp voucher from the Virgin Pulse Benefits page and visit your nearest LabCorp facility.
  • Visit your primary care physician, then login to the Virgin Pulse Rewards page to complete your digital attestation. Employees are held to the Phillips 66 Code of Business Ethics and Conduct when submitting the digital attestation.
