19/30 Program

Sometimes you just need a day off to recharge, relax or take care of personal business. With the 19/30 program (available at certain sites and corporate offices), you can take a personal day off each month by extending each of your working days that month by 30 minutes. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you must schedule your day off with your supervisor.

The program is not available to temporary, intermittent, store employees or employees who work 10-12 hour days or employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement (unless specifically included). Other terms and conditions apply, please see policy for full details.

9/80 Program

Phillips 66 is committed to helping employees balance work, family, and personal obligations by offering a 9/80 compressed workweek. With the 9/80 program (available at certain sites and corporate offices), eight (8) nine-hour days and one (1) eight-hour day is worked over two weeks, which permits an eligible employee to have every other Friday off.

The program is not available to temporary, intermittent, store employees or employees who work 10-12 hour days or employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Other terms and conditions apply, please see policy for full details.

Flexible Work Model Policy

Phillips 66 is committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance by offering a flexible work model. This Policy provides eligible employees with one day per week to work remotely. The employee may choose the day of the week to work remotely, with their supervisor’s approval. The remote day may be fixed each week or may vary from week to week, and it may be used in addition to the standard/compressed work schedule.

Eligible employees under this Policy are those with job roles identified by the Business Unit/Supervisor as eligible and able to be effectively performed remotely without disruption or impact to core Business Unit needs. The program is not available to temporary, intermittent, store employees or employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Other terms and conditions apply, please see policy for full details.

Basic Overtime Policy

Depending on your job, you may be able to earn overtime pay for working more than your normally scheduled hours. The rules are complex and governed by federal and state law, but our basic overtime policy explains them for you.

U.S. Holiday Policy

Phillips 66 provides a number of paid U.S. holidays each year.

U.S. Vacation Policy

To give you time off to spend with your friends and family, Phillips 66 gives you vacation time, which starts during your first year with the company and increases with your years of service. Within limits, you can carry over unused time from one year to the next. Eligible employees can carry over 120 earned but unused vacation hours.
