2024 U.S. Benefits Enrollment

Annual Enrollment is a time to re-assess your and your family’s health care needs and either continue with your current benefit selections or adjust accordingly. Take time to review the resources available to you so you can make an informed decision about your 2024 benefit elections.

Enrollment ends online at midnight Central time (or at 6 p.m. Central time if by phone) on Friday, Nov. 17. Your elections in the system at that time will be final for Jan. 1, 2024.

Regardless of whether you are adjusting your benefit plan, you must log onto the Phillips 66 Benefits Center website (formerly UPoint) and complete other annual requirements.

Take Action Oct. 27 – Nov. 17
