Both options also include prescription drug benefits administered by CVS Caremark.

The Kaiser HMO option is offered to eligible employees who live within a Kaiser service area in California or Washington. This option includes mental health, substance use disorder, and prescription drug benefit coverage administered by Kaiser Permanente.

After your deductible is met, a coinsurance or copay will apply to covered services and prescription drugs. If you are enrolled in the HDHP option, you may be eligible to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA). Your HSA balance will roll over from year to year and your account has several tax advantages. If you elect the HDHP option with HSA, Phillips 66 will also make a bi-annual contribution to your HSA (January and July). The company provides $500 for employee coverage, which will be paid out as $250 in January and $250 in July. The company provides $1000 for all other coverages, which will be paid out as $500 in January and $500 in July. New hire amounts will be pro-rated based on hire date. See the Total Rewards Guide for pro-rated schedule.
