Variable Cash Incentive Program

Our annual bonus program aligns our goals — company, business unit and individual — and promotes behaviors consistent with Phillips 66’s strategy and shareholder interests. Payouts are based on the results achieved by the company, the business unit where you are assigned and your individual performance. It differentiates by rewarding strong performance in each of these areas.

You will have a VCIP target award percentage applied to your annual earnings. This target can increase as you progress in your career. Depending on company and business unit performance, your bonus payout can be adjusted between 0-200% of target. In addition, your bonus payout may be adjusted to reflect your individual performance.

Regular full-time and part-time employees (salaried and hourly) are eligible. Limited exclusions may apply.
