2026 U.S. Benefits Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment is a time to reassess your and your family's health care needs and either continue with your current benefit selections or adjust accordingly. Take time to review the resources available to you so you can make an informed decision about your 2026 benefit elections.

Enrollment ends online at midnight Central time (or at 6 p.m. Central time if by phone) on Friday, November 14. Your elections in the system at that time will be final for January 1, 2026.

Regardless of whether you are adjusting your benefit plan, you must log into the Phillips 66 Benefits Center website and complete other annual requirements.

There are multiple ways to enroll:

REQUIRED: During 2026 Benefits Annual Enrollment —

  • Review your medical, dental, and vision coverage. If you don't make changes, your 2025 elections will carry over to 2026.
  • Review the Lyra Mental Health and Well-Being Resources (replacing Aetna RFL/Talkspace) benefit to ensure everyone you want enrolled is covered. If you don't make changes, your elections will carry over to 2026.
  • Be sure to check that the contact information (phone and address) for your beneficiaries is updated on the Phillips 66 Benefits Center website.
  • If you are enrolled in Supplemental Life Insurance, you must complete your tobacco attestation. If you don’t attest to being a non-tobacco user, you’ll pay higher tobacco-user rates in 2026.
  • Enroll in the FSA if you wish to participate in the Health Care FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA.
    • You must enroll in a Health Care FSA for 2026 if you wish to roll over a portion of your 2025 election.
  • Enroll in enhanced LTD if you want a higher level of coverage than offered under the employer-paid basic LTD coverage.
  • Complete the required evidence of insurability (EOI) if you change from basic LTD to enhanced LTD or increase your Supplemental Life Insurance Coverage.
  • Review and consider enrolling in Long-Term Care coverage.
  • Review voluntary benefits if you wish to participate.

NEW IN 2026

  • Lyra Mental Health and Well-Being Resources (Lyra) will replace Aetna RFL/Talkspace, RethinkCare, Daylight and Sleepio.
  • The HDHP deductible is increasing.
  • For those enrolled in HDHP or PPO:
    • Color will offer at-home preventive screening kits for colorectal, cervical, skin and prostate cancers plus genetic testing that looks for inherited mutations that increase the likelihood of developing certain cancers.
    • Teladoc Health will be the primary telemedicine provider (Aetna and BCBSTX).
      • For those enrolled in BCBSTX, MD Live will be discontinued Dec. 31, 2025. Participants will get more information about Teladoc from BCBSTX.
      • Aetna participants do not need to take any additional action.
    • The PPO deductible for Lantern services will be waived.
    • Virta will be replacing the CVS Weight Management and Transform Diabetes Care programs. Virta programs will include sustainable weight loss, diabetes reversal, diabetes management and GLP-1 prescribing for weight loss.
      • Participants who are on a covered GLP-1 medication for weight loss must obtain their prescription from a Virta provider. For diabetes and other FDA-approved medical conditions (sleep apnea, kidney disease, etc.), participants will continue to utilize their treating provider and obtain their medication through CVS Caremark.
      • Please refer to this FAQ for questions regarding Virta.
  • You will be able to roll over a portion of your Health Care FSA contributions.
  • Access to MyEvive (currently offered to BCBSTX) will be available to all U.S. benefits-eligible participants.
  • The Total Well-Being Incentive Program will be updated.
  • New items will be added to the eligible list of the Total Well-Being Reimbursement Account.

Coverage through the Exchange

Retirees eligible for the Phillips 66 Retiree Medical Account (RMA) may use their credits to purchase medical, dental, and vision coverage through the following options:

You have the option to pay only a portion of your RMA eligible premiums using credits from your RMA. You can choose from 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% reimbursement for your coverage. Your RMA premium payment election will be applied to all RMA-eligible benefits in which you are enrolled. Phillips 66 retirees can access resources to help identify health care exchange options available to them by contacting Health Coverage Resources.

The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) may allow you and/or your dependents to continue medical, dental, vision, and mental health and well-being coverage if that coverage is lost due to a “qualifying event,” (for example, you leave the company, you and your spouse divorce or your child reaches the plan's upper age limit). You pay the full cost for COBRA coverage.
